Do you ship orders to my customers?
No. We don't pack orders, and no parcel leaves us for someone who bought from your online store. We do the rest: we collect the goods, store them and bring them back to you, in the province of Florence. For an address further away, in Italy or abroad, we ship them on a quote.
My store is in the center, inside the ZTL: can you collect there?
Write the street in the booking notes. The gates of the historic center read number plates, and for those streets we'd rather know in advance where to stop the van: if access needs some arranging, we tell you before the pickup day.
Which days are you in Florence?
Not every day. In Florence we're only around on certain days of the week, and those are the only ones the booking calendar offers you. If the stock has to be out before a set date, like the arrival of the new collection, book a few weeks ahead.
Can I have only part of the goods brought back?
Yes. Tell us what you need, for example the pieces going back in the window for Christmas, with at least 48 hours' notice, and we bring it. The rest stays in the warehouse under the same contract.

How do I know what's in each box?
Every box has a unique code, and your account lists the ones in storage. You note down the contents: we count the boxes, not the belts inside them.
What if my stock takes up less space than I booked?
We measure it when it reaches the warehouse. If it takes up less than the size you chose, the rate drops to the real one; if more, it goes up; either way we write to you within two working days, with photos.
Can the goods go to Milan instead of Florence?
Yes, by shipping on a quote. Useful, for example, if you open a store there or take the collection to an event in town.
Do you invoice?
Yes, made out to your business with its VAT number. For the whole job, from the pickup to the last redelivery, you have a single point of contact.

Service and local details
When does a small online store run out of room for its stock?
Usually twice a year: when the new collection arrives before the old one has sold, and around November, when stock and packaging grow for the holidays. In a store in the historic center space is short: beautiful walls, a back room the size of a wardrobe. The rate is monthly with no minimum term, so you only pay for the crowded months.
Leather goods that arrive in batches
If your bags or belts are made in the Scandicci leather goods district, you know the rhythm: the batch arrives all at once, sales come one piece at a time. Meanwhile the cartons have taken over the workbench.
Christmas, then the sales
Between November and December you need far more boxes, tissue paper and ribbon; in January the leftovers remain. You keep the extra space for those months, then let it go.
Ceramics, paper, delicate items
Packed as if they were about to leave for a customer, they wait in storage like any other box, each with its own code.
The store that started at home
The living room has become the dispatch department and the hallway a shelf. Guests can no longer find the bed in the spare room. Keep at home what you're selling this week; the rest waits with us.
How does the stock get from your store into storage?
Choose the space and the pickup day online: in Florence the calendar only shows the days we're in town. We load the goods where they are, from Empoli to the Mugello, log every box with a code, and when you need to restock you book the redelivery and tell us what you want back.

Estimate the square meters with the calculator and book one of the free dates. You see the rate and the pickup price before you pay.
2. We load wherever you keep the goods
Store, workshop, garage or apartment, in the city or the province, from Campi Bisenzio to Bagno a Ripoli. For an address in the ZTL, give us the street when you book. Every box gets a label with a unique code.
3. We store it
The goods stay in an indoor, dry warehouse with controlled access. It can't be visited: the list of your boxes is in your account.
4. We bring it back when you restock
Ask for the redelivery from your account or by email, at least 48 hours ahead, and pick the date. It works for part of it too: tell us what you need, and the rest stays in the warehouse.
What can stay in storage, and what stays out
Packed goods that don't perish: leather goods, clothing, ceramics, paper and stationery, homeware, packaging, your market stall. Food, drinks, liquids and anything flammable stay out: if you sell wine, olive oil or perfume, you'll need another cellar.
Allowed
Leather and textiles in closed boxes
Bags, belts, clothing and accessories, in the cartons you receive or ship them in. Twenty kilos per box at most, because one person lifts it.
Ceramics and glass, well packed
Protected inside the box as you would for a shipment. Throughout the storage period the goods have the insurance, with the limit you chose.
Paper, prints and stationery
Notebooks, decorated paper, posters and cards: indoors and dry, the way paper likes it.
Packaging and displays
Branded boxes, tissue paper, the folding stall from the craft fairs: things you need two months a year that clutter up the other ten.
Not allowed
Food, drinks and liquids (perfume included), money and valuables, medicines, hazardous or flammable materials, damaged batteries. If you're unsure about a product, message us before booking.
Storage yes, shipping to your customers no
The first thing online sellers ask is whether we ship their orders. No: packing parcels, printing labels and handing them to the courier stays with you or your fulfillment provider. We collect the goods, keep them and bring them back to you; if they have to go to another address, in Italy or abroad, we ship them on a quote.

The ZTL cameras, sectors A, B and O, read number plates Monday to Friday, 7.30-20, and on Saturday until 16. If your store is there, write the street when you book. Redelivery is not same-day and needs at least 48 hours' notice: what you keep with us is the reserve, not the pieces you ship tomorrow morning.
How much does storing stock in Florence cost?
Florence has its own price list, separate from Milan's: a fixed monthly rate for the size you take up, plus the pickup, paid once at the start. No minimum term: if you need the space from October to January, you pay those four months. Committing to more months lowers the pickup price, not the rate. Each redelivery is paid when you ask for it, and your business gets an invoice.
