Where can you collect the parcel from?
From your home, in Milan and all the provinces around it.
Do I need to have something in storage with you?
No. We collect and ship for people with nothing in storage too. If the parcel has to wait before leaving, it can stay in our warehouse.
Does the parcel have to be packed already?
Yes, closed and ready for pickup. If you can't do it yourself, packing done by us can be added on a quote.

How much does it cost to ship a heavy parcel?
It depends on weight, size and destination. There's no price list: the price is in the quote, in writing, before you confirm.
Service and local details
When to call us instead of a courier
When the parcel is too heavy for one person, when it doesn't fit standard sizes, when it's fragile or unbalanced. For an ordinary parcel a courier costs less.
What we ship
Heavy boxes of books, sports equipment, packed instruments and components, crates of work materials, fragile items that are well protected. Several parcels together, from the same address, make a single shipment.
How it works
Tell us what's inside, weight and size, where it starts and where it has to arrive. We send you the quote. If it works for you, we come to collect it from your home, and from there we arrange the shipping to the destination: you don't have to book any courier.
Packing
The parcel must be closed properly, and a fragile item packed with care. If you'd rather we pack it, that's an extra service on a quote, and you pay for the time.
If it's not a parcel but a piece of furniture
A sofa or a wardrobe doesn't get wrapped up like a parcel: for those there's furniture transport, and for a large unpacked item the bulky items page.
