Do you collect just one item?
Yes. A washing machine or a mirror on its own is enough to ask for a quote.
Do you carry the item down from the apartment?
Yes, we collect from the floor. In the request tell us which floor and if there's an elevator: it affects how many people we need.
Where can you collect from?
In the city and the provinces near Milan. The destination can be nearby, in another region or abroad.
Do you transport washing machines and fridges?
Yes, if they're unplugged, emptied and clean. The fridge should be turned off and dried the day before.

How much does it cost to transport a bulky item?
It depends on weight, dimensions, floor and destination. The price comes in writing on the quote, before you confirm.
Service and local details
What we collect
Large appliances, gym equipment, mirrors and large-format frames, store furniture, bicycles, mattresses. The rule is simple: if it takes two people to carry it down the stairs, it's our job.
Appliances: how to prepare them
Unplugged, emptied and clean. Washing machine with no water in the drum, fridge turned off the day before and dry. If the item has a tube or cable to disconnect, do it before we arrive: we just do the loading.
Mirrors, display cases and fragile items
We can transport them if they're well packed, and you mention it in the request. If you don't have suitable packaging, we can pack it for you as an extra service, on a quote.
Where we take them
From one address to another, between Milan and the nearby provinces, or to another city or country: after pickup we arrange the shipping. If the item needs to wait, it stays in our warehouse.
