Yes. A sofa, a wardrobe, or an armchair from one address to another in Milan: the quote is based on what's moving.
Which areas do you service?
In Milan and the towns of the nearby provinces, both for pickup and drop-off. Beyond that, we switch to shipping, which we arrange for you.
Can you pick up a piece of furniture I bought from a private seller?
Yes. In your request put the seller's address as the starting point and yours as the destination. Someone has to be there at pickup to open the door and hand over the piece.
Does the furniture need to come apart?
It depends on doors, stairs, and elevator. If it needs to, we do it, on quote: mention it in your request.

What we move inside Milan

Milanese buildings, and why we ask about the floor
Terraced houses with enclosed stairs have narrow staircases and long balconies; period buildings have elevators where one and a half people fit. A three-seater sofa doesn't go up in an elevator almost anywhere in central Milan. That's why we ask for the floor, elevator, and courtyard in your request: they change how many people we need and how long it takes.
How it works
Write what needs moving, where it's starting from and where it's going. We send you the quote in writing. If it works for you we set the day: we load at the starting address and unload at the destination, without you needing to rent anything.
Dismantling and reassembly
A four-door wardrobe often only leaves the room in pieces. We take it apart ourselves before loading and, if needed, put it back together on arrival. It's added to your request, on a free quote.
If your new home isn't ready yet
The furniture stays in our warehouse, with controlled access and video monitoring, until you can receive it. Storage has its own monthly fee, separate.
What if the destination is further away?
We always do the loading ourselves, at your home. If the furniture has to reach Turin or Berlin, we arrange the shipping.
