If the home is inside the walled city
The center inside the walls is a limited traffic zone, with electronic gates on via Diaz, via Cairoli, via Carducci and the other entrances, and the streets still follow the Roman grid: narrow, and designed for people on foot. Tell us the exact street: van parking and permits change how the day is organized, and we factor that into the quote.
The hillside villages, and the villas on the lake
Civiglio, Brunate, Monte Olimpino: uphill roads, sometimes single-lane, where a large truck won't fit. By the lake, too, a gate or a ramp can decide where the loading happens. Send us the address and, if you can, a photo of the entrance: it tells us which vehicle to use.
