Smoves is on-demand self storage: we collect from your door, keep your things in a closed, monitored warehouse and bring them back when you need them. You pay a monthly rate, fixed for the size in square meters you choose, plus a one-off pickup.
Tell us where you are, how many square meters you need and for how long: if you don't know, the calculator works it out from your items. You see the monthly rate and the pickup cost before confirming, then pick a day and a time slot.
On the day you choose, we collect your things, label them ourselves and take them to our warehouse. At the pickup you, or someone you delegated, need to be there: the doorman counts.
You pay the monthly rate for as long as you need the space. When you want your things back, tell us where and when, from your account or by writing to us, with at least 48 hours' notice: you pay for the redelivery at that point.
A monthly rate for the space you take up, from one square meter up, fixed per size. Pickup and transport to the warehouse are paid once, at the start; you pay for the redelivery when you book it. The online quote shows you the rate and the pickup before you book.

The rate includes a base limit for storage. If you need a higher one, pick the insurance in the quote: it is paid separately, every month, and applies to storage, not to transport.
