What is student luggage storage?

It's a temporary storage service for those who need to leave suitcases, backpacks, boxes or bulky luggage for a few days, weeks or months. Unlike train-station luggage lockers, we come to pick you up — at home or wherever you are in Milan.

What's the difference between luggage storage and box storage?

Technically none: we use the same boxes and the same system. Luggage storage is the 'short' version of storage — meant for suitcases and backpacks you store for a few days or weeks, e.g. during travel or while waiting for check-in at a new residence.

How long can I leave my luggage?

From 1 day up to several months. The most common case is 1-4 weeks (e.g. while looking for a new room or between Erasmus exchanges), but you can book for any duration.

Where do you pick up the luggage?

We come to any address within the municipality of Milan: home, university residence, student hall or an agreed spot. Enter the address in the booking form and we'll calculate the quote right away.

Can I leave bulky items (bikes, snowboards, large suitcases)?

Yes, we accept bulky items too. Indicate them in the booking form with approximate dimensions and we'll calculate a custom quote.

Can I get my luggage back earlier than planned?

You choose the delivery date when booking. Retrieving earlier than planned isn't guaranteed, but message us in chat: we'll do our best to help, though we can't promise faster timing.

How do you keep the luggage?

Every item is checked at pickup, labelled with a unique code and logged in our system, and kept in an indoor, dry, access-controlled warehouse. If you notice an issue on delivery, report it right away: we handle it according to the Terms and Conditions.

Can I leave suitcases with clean, folded clothes?

Of course — our warehouse is indoor, dry and access-controlled. You'll get them back in the same condition as you handed them in.
