Refund Policy

Conditions applicable to cancellations, refunds and booking changes.

⚠️ Smoves is currently in beta. This document is provisional and subject to updates.

General principle

The Smoves service is activated upon payment of the booking. Once payment is completed, the booking is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled independently by the user. This policy reflects the operational costs of planning the pickup and logistics that are initiated immediately after confirmation.

Before payment

You can freely modify or cancel your booking before completing payment. No charges apply.

After payment

Once payment is completed: • The booking cannot be cancelled independently by the user. • No automatic refund is provided. For exceptional circumstances (e.g. documented force majeure events, system errors attributable to Smoves), you can contact us at info@smoves.it. Each case will be assessed individually and promptly.

Delivery postponement

If you need to postpone your delivery date, you can request it from your dashboard up to 10 days before the agreed date. Postponement is free unless otherwise communicated.

Damage or loss of items

In case of documented damage or loss attributable to Smoves, compensation is governed by the Terms of Use. Contact us promptly at info@smoves.it with photographic documentation and a description of the items.

Refund method

Approved refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the booking within 10 business days of confirmation.
